By accessing or using Prometheus™ (“the Service”), operated by Zero-day S.R.L. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prometheus™ is an AI-Powered Business Intelligence platform designed for users of 1C systems. The Service enables users to query their accounting and business data using natural language and receive automated insights and reports.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zero-day S.R.L. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; we claim no ownership over information you submit through the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data Processing

By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your business data as necessary to provide the Service. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERO-DAY S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@prometheus.md.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Moldova.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
